Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Is a knit cover-up appropriate for formal occasions?

Absolutely. Especially when crafted from fine yarns such as cashmere or lightweight mohair, a knit cover-up becomes a refined and sophisticated choice, ideal for elegant events.

I have fuller arms — what type of cover-up would flatter me best?

We recommend a softly draped sleeve made from light and breathable yarns such as viscose or mohair. Openwork knits and slightly flared sleeves offer graceful coverage without constriction.

Is your knitwear suitable for warmer seasons?

Yes, of course. Our pieces made from linen or cotton are naturally breathable and lightweight — perfect for spring and summer wear.

Do you offer made-to-measure knitwear?

Yes, every piece we create is crafted to order and fully customizable. We adapt the design to your body, choosing together the ideal yarn, length, neckline, sleeve and silhouette that enhance your shape and style.

What is the difference between a knitted cover-up and a fabric-based one?

Knitted garments gently embrace the body rather than constrain it. Unlike fabric-based garments, knits offer greater softness, elasticity and comfort — a luxurious touch that moves with you.

Can I wash your garments at home?

Yes. We use only premium-quality yarns and provide detailed care instructions for gentle hand-washing or delicate machine cycles. With the right attention, your garment will last beautifully over time.

Disclosure of refunds

100% of our customers are satisfied as well as the reviews show. However, returns and refunds will be granted in case of obvious defect in realization. In any case, returns and refunds are not given for custom and personalized realizations.

We offer a two-year warranty that applies only if the garment has been stored and used in a manner that complies with the washing and storage guidelines for fine garments set forth on the Washing and care of fine garments.
