Disclosure of refunds

100% of our customers are satisfied as well as the reviews show. However, returns and refunds will be granted in case of obvious defect in realization. In any case, returns and refunds are not given for custom and personalized realizations.

We offer a two-year warranty that applies only if the garment has been stored and used in a manner that complies with the washing and storage guidelines for fine garments set forth on the Washing and care of fine garments.
