We ship worldwide directly from our atelier in Rome, Italy. Shipping prices vary between Europe and the rest of the world.

Italy: €0 for purchases over €400 (€12 for smaller amounts)
Europe: €0 for purchases over €1000 (€25 for smaller amounts)
Rest of the world: €35

We ship within 1 business day of making your purchased item (7-day lead time). Your tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after your item ships. If you have any issues with your package, please contact us via WhatsApp using the button below and we'll resolve any issues.

For shipments to third countries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Our customers are 100% satisfied, as the reviews show. However, returns and refunds will be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect. In any case, returns and refunds are not available for custom or personalized products.

I offer a two-year guarantee which applies only if the item has been stored and used in accordance with the washing and care instructions for fine items indicated on the dedicated page Washing and caring for fine items .
